Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on NextTeks.com for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on NextTeks.com
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Software Purchases

When you purchase software through NextTeks:

  • You are purchasing a license to use the software, not ownership of the software
  • License terms are subject to the individual software vendor's terms
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy and individual vendor policies
  • Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the specified price. Prices are subject to change without notice. Subscriptions will be charged according to the billing cycle you select.

5. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase and vendor policies. One-time purchases may be eligible for refunds within 30 days of purchase. Subscription refunds are prorated based on unused time. Contact support for refund requests.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

NextTeks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

NextTeks reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. By continuing to use the service, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
